The project
Difficult access.
Handled properly.
Aurora Place required a carefully planned restoration across its distinctive sloped rooftop louvre structure. The geometry, height and limited conventional access meant every stage needed to be designed around rope access and close coordination between trades.
Practical Access Solutions brought together painters, riggers, welders, roofers, electricians and rope-access specialists to complete the work as one coordinated program. The result demonstrates PAS's ability to manage complex access, multiple work fronts and demanding safety requirements on a landmark Sydney building.
